A project starts counting when you activate it and begin collecting from your client. Draft, completed, and archived projects do not count. Completed and archived projects stay accessible.
At your limit, you can still create drafts and access existing work. Complete or archive a project, or upgrade your plan, before activating another. Each active project counts separately, even for the same client.

No. Your client opens their secure project link to answer questions, upload files, and review the submission. They can return through the same link to continue later. Treat this link as private: anyone who has it can access that client request.
You can collect project goals, written answers, brand assets, reference files, and the final approval of a project brief. Templates help you ask for the right information consistently. Do not use a request to collect account passwords or other credentials.
Yes. Answers save as your client works, and they can use the same project link to pick up where they left off. They review their brief before approving it, so an unfinished draft is not treated as a final submission.
