Reqelio is operated by Emre KARA as an individual service provider.
The service
Reqelio helps collect client answers, files, and brief approvals through reusable templates and private request links. The public service is currently in free early access. Paid plans and add-ons remain unavailable until explicitly launched.
The pricing page identifies current availability and planned features. A roadmap item is not a commitment that the feature is included today.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. Workspace owners control membership and are responsible for inviting only authorized people. Use the service only if you have authority to act for the relevant business or client.
Free includes one total project for the account owner, including draft, completed, and archived projects, with no additional members or workspaces. Completing or archiving that project does not reset the allowance.
Content and responsible use
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You authorize Reqelio to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. You must have permission to submit the information and files and to share them with your workspace or client.
Do not use Reqelio for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the service. Do not collect passwords, payment card details, API keys, or other account credentials. A private client link grants access to its request; share it only with intended recipients.
Optional AI assistance
AI assistance is optional and can produce inaccurate or incomplete suggestions. Review generated questions, briefs, and proposed answers before relying on them. Client answers are saved from AI suggestions only after confirmation. Manual forms remain available.
Paid subscriptions when available
For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment collection. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms presented at checkout. Reqelio remains the provider of the software.
The selected price, billing interval, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A subscription applies to the selected workspace; additional workspaces do not automatically share its paid allowance. Review a plan-change preview before confirming any price or allowance change.
Cancellation and refunds
When paid billing is available, manage cancellation through your workspace’s billing page, the subscription link in your Paddle email, or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewal charges. A refund request is handled separately from cancellation.
Refund eligibility follows the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle Refund Policy, and mandatory rights. Our refund page explains where to submit a request.
Privacy, availability, and stored work
Our privacy notice explains how account, project, AI, and billing information is handled. Completing or archiving a project does not delete its contents. Keep your own copies of important material; free early access does not include a contractual uptime or retention guarantee.
Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or a security incident. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
